Built for very small businesses
Most AI help is aimed at companies with an office manager and an IT person. We are for the business where the owner is also the receptionist, the scheduler, and the person sending every follow-up email at night. If that is you, you are who we built Zero1Two for.
- Solo owners and one-person businesses
- Tiny shops and small teams without a tech person
- Owners who aren't techy and do not want to become techy
What we can take off your plate
Email follow-ups without hiring
The reply to a new inquiry, the reminder before an appointment, the check-in after a quote, the thank-you after a job. We set these up to go out automatically from your own email, using wording you approve. Anything unusual comes back to you.
Form to calendar to email, without copying and pasting
Your website form, your calendar, and your email can work together. A new form entry gets a reply with a booking link, the booking lands on your calendar, and you get the details in one message. You keep the tools you already use.
A simple website
A clean, mobile-friendly site that says what you do, where you work, and how to reach you, with a contact form that actually reaches a person. Websites start from $500, with the first year of hosting free. The domain is extra.
Small custom apps
When a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, and a pile of texts are holding your business together, we can build one small app around the way you already work: a job tracker, a customer status page, or an intake form. Scoped to one real problem so it stays small.
Where AI fits, and where it does not
A practical plan for your business, not a list of trendy tools. We will also tell you when AI is not the right answer, or when a simpler fix would serve you better.
Pricing
Websites from $500. Includes the first year of hosting free. The domain is extra.
Automations and custom apps: flat quote after a free chat. Every business is different, so we talk through the task first, then give you one clear price before any work begins. No surprises.
Zapier or Make yourself, or have us set it up?
Honest answer: tools like Zapier and Make are good, and n8n is a solid option too. They are built to connect a form, a calendar, and an inbox, and plenty of owners set up simple automations on their own. If you enjoy that kind of thing and have a free evening, try it.
Have us set it up if:
- You would rather spend that evening on your business, or with your family.
- You tried a tool and got stuck, or are not sure an automation is sending the right thing.
- The step involves a customer reply or a decision, and you want a person to stay in the loop.
We do done-for-you setup, usually on tools you already have or a low-cost one, and show you how to see what it is doing and how to change it. If the tool you already pay for can do the job with a small tweak, we will tell you that.
An example of what this can look like
Illustrative example. Composite walkthrough, not a measured client result.
A one-person cleaning business in Richmond. The owner works on-site all day. New inquiries come in through the website form and sit until evening, and some people book someone else in the meantime.
- A new inquiry gets an immediate, friendly email reply with a link to pick a time for an estimate.
- The booked estimate shows up on the owner's calendar with the customer's details attached.
- The day before, the customer gets a reminder email. After the job, a thank-you goes out with a request for a review.
- Anything unusual, like a complaint or a special request, is flagged for the owner to answer personally.
Pricing, exceptions, and the relationship stay with the owner. The routine steps move on their own.
You stay in control
We build AI to remove busywork, not to replace judgement. Software handles the repetitive, predictable work. You keep authority over anything sensitive, unusual, or important, and the system hands off to you when it is unsure. We explain in plain language what each automation does, what data it uses, and where it can go wrong, and we use only the data a task needs. Read how we approach AI responsibly
