What we changed
We built an assistant that only uses approved company information, shows where each answer came from, and immediately asks a person for help when it is unsure.
How the team stays in control
The team can see every question the assistant was asked, what it answered, and when it said it did not know and asked for human help — with a link to the source it used for each answer.
